Prothese totale de la hanche difficile de premiere intention: un veritable defi (Difficult first-line total hip replacement: a real challenge)

Abstract
L'arthroplastie totale de la hanche est la chirurgie la plus courante pour les membres inferieurs. Certains parametres peuvent rendre la mise en place de cette prothese une intervention difficile.
Nous avons mene une etude retrospective d’une serie de 30 protheses totales de hanche de premiere intention sur terrain difficiles, realisees au sein du service d’orthopedie du centre hospitalier universitaire Ibn Rochd de Casablanca, sur une periode de 30 mois.
L’objectif de notre travail est de determiner les terrains rendant les Protheses totales de hanche de premiere intention difficiles, de preciser les modalites techniques sur ses terrains et enfin d’evaluer les resultats fonctionnels de notre serie.
