Pain in the foot is an uncommon sign of a calcaneal renal cell metastasis. A case report.

Abstract
Renal cell carcinomas (RCCs) are known for their unpredictable metastatic pattern. Metastases of RCC to the calcaneus are very rare.
A case of metastatic RCCs with unusual and rare localization in the calcaneum is reported.

Key words: metastatic Renal cell carcinoma, Foot pain, calcanium metastasis
